We had a great experience with Jonathan and BestFit Bath. We made a snap decision one day to look into replacing our shower insert and refinishing our tub. Jonathan came over within a couple of hours and clearly explained our options and wrote us an estimate that seemed completely reasonable.
When the time came for the work, Jonathan explained the process clearly, and completed the work well within the timeframe we had scheduled. We were thrilled with the results—a new white shower insert, a refinished tub (that had been severely damaged through hard water deposits), and new fixtures and shower bar—our shower/tub went from being an embarrassment to a point of pride. The first shower felt like being in a high-end hotel or spa. This is the one home renovation project we have undertaken about which I have absolutely no regrets.
